As per your booking, please try to keep to your scheduled time of arrival with us, noting that the traffic within Southampton city centre and Southampton docks is particularly heavy especially on days with football matches and if there are other events (such as marathons and boat shows) or multiple ships leaving.

We will not accept vehicles after 3pm and customers must arrive at the time slot they booked.

We must receive actual keys for your vehicle otherwise it may be subject to 3rd party parking enforement.

Upon arrival you must make yourself known to our staff and hand your keys over to them. Please only hand over your car keys and keep your house keys with you. We would advise an extra 60 minutes on top of your journey time. Should you encounter any unforeseen circumstances please inform us as soon as possible, so that we can figure out how to best accommodate your arrival, as any late arrivals will affect other customers as we work on a time slot schedule. If you have booked through an agent please contact them for your arrival time. If you have booked directly with us please keep note of your arrival time and keep to your allocated slot.

Please remove all valuables (mobile phones, laptops, loose change etc) prior to leaving your vehicle with us.
