Refund Policy
Cancellation Window
Cancellation refunds are available within 14 days of booking only. After this period, bookings are non-refundable.
Administrative Fee
A £25 administrative fee applies to all refunds, regardless of the booking value.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be made in writing to Bookings@cruiseazureparking.com. Please include your booking reference number and the reason for cancellation.
Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days of approval. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Bookings cancelled after 14 days from the booking date
- No-shows (failure to arrive at the booked time)
- Late cancellations on the day of service
