Terms & Conditions

Booking
- An email confirmation will be sent upon successful booking.
- Please text us 30min before arrival.
- Required details: name, mobile number, email address, vehicle registration, make, model, and colour.
- You must arrive during your booked time slot. We operate on strict 30-minute intervals. You are more than welcome to arrive early, but not later than your time slot (failure to do so may result in an extra charge of £35 or cancellation).
- We recommend adding 60 minutes to your estimated travel time to account for Southampton traffic.
- You must provide us with a physical key for your vehicle when handing the vehicle over to us. Please ensure that all house keys, personal keys and other unrelated keys are removed from the keyring before handover. We are unable to accept mobile phones, smart devices, key cards, apps or any other electronic or digital access method as a substitute for a physical vehicle key. This requirement applies to all vehicles, including Tesla and other electric or keyless-entry vehicles. If you are unable to provide a physical vehicle key at the time of your booked handover, we will be unable to accept or park your vehicle. This will be treated as a failure to meet the requirements of your booking, and no refund will be provided for any monies paid.
- Occasionally, we may move vehicles between our yards all of which are located around the Southampton Ports.
- If a customer fails to present their vehicle at the agreed location and within the booked time slot, or arranges alternative parking without notifying Cruise Azure Parking Ltd, the booking shall be deemed cancelled by the customer. In such circumstances no refund shall be due and Cruise Azure Parking Ltd shall have no responsibility for the vehicle or any loss arising from alternative parking arrangements made by the customer. -Should you wish to amend information we require this in writing via email to Bookings@cruiseazureparking.com, you will need to provide your booking reference number, the original information you submitted and the new information you wish to change. Depending on the information you wish to amend we may ask you to confirm your personal details with us.

- All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, except under our refund policy.
- Payment is taken securely online at the time of booking through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- Prices are consistent across all five Southampton cruise terminals.
Your account
- You can book as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your login details secure and do not share them. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Please give accurate, up to date details. You can review your data, export it, or delete your account at any time from your account settings.
- We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse, or anything that breaks these terms.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- To cancel, contact Bookings@cruiseazureparking.com, we must have any cancellations in writing via email and we are unable to cancel bookings over the phone.
- Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Vehicle Requirements
- All vehicles must be roadworthy, hold a valid MOT, and be taxed.
- Your vehicle must be fit to drive at handover. That means no restricted-performance or fault state (often called limp mode), no warning lights that limit normal driving, and enough fuel or charge to get to our compound and back to the terminal.
- If your vehicle has a valet or guest driving mode, such as a Tesla or other electric vehicle, please enable it before handover and give our driver any key card or PIN needed to drive the car. If a setting, app or missing key stops our driver operating the vehicle, we cannot take it.
- Cruise Azure Parking shall not be liable for the illumination of any dashboard warning light, fault message, service indicator, or electronic notification that appears before, during, or after the period of storage or transportation. This includes, but is not limited to, engine management lights, check engine lights, emissions or AdBlue warnings, diesel particulate filter (DPF) warnings, battery or charging system warnings, oil pressure warnings, coolant temperature warnings, tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) warnings, ABS warnings, airbag or SRS warnings, traction control (ESP/ESC) warnings, transmission or gearbox warnings, parking brake warnings, power steering warnings, hybrid or electric vehicle system warnings, and keyless entry or immobiliser warnings. Customers acknowledge that such warnings may arise due to pre-existing faults, vehicle age, battery condition, manufacturer software, or other factors outside of our control. -Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle battery is in good working order before it is left with us. Cruise Azure Parking accepts no liability for flat, weak, or failed batteries, or for any warning lights or fault messages that arise as a result of a discharged or defective battery, unless caused by our negligence.
- We accept standard cars only. We cannot take vans, transits, or mobile homes.
- Please remove all valuables from your vehicle before handover.
- In order to drive your vehicle safely we may need to adjust the drivers seat and / or mirrors.
- We may photograph your vehicle on arrival to record any existing damage or scratches.
- Please inspect your vehicle upon return. Once driven away from the collection point, we are no longer responsible.
- We are not liable for bird droppings or battery drainage from USB devices left plugged in.
- If we cannot safely drive your vehicle at the terminal for any reason, we will be unable to accept it. The booking is then treated as cancelled by you on the day, which under our Refund Policy means no refund is due, and your onward parking arrangements become your own responsibility.
Speed Limiters and Driver-Set Restrictions
- Some vehicles let the owner set a maximum speed or a restricted driver profile. We cannot accept any vehicle limited to 30mph or below. The roads between the cruise terminals and our compound include 40mph stretches, and a vehicle that cannot keep up with traffic is dangerous for our driver and for other road users.
- If any speed restriction is set on your vehicle, you must tell us before you arrive at the port, or at the very latest at handover, and either remove it or give our driver whatever is needed to lift it (for example a PIN, driver profile, or app setting).
- If you do not disclose a speed restriction, we accept no liability for anything that follows from driving the vehicle within that restriction, including if the vehicle locks itself, enters a protected or anti-theft mode, or triggers an immobiliser while in our care. Any unlocking, recovery, or delay costs that result are your responsibility.
- If a restriction is discovered at the terminal and cannot be removed, we will be unable to accept the vehicle. The booking is then treated as cancelled by you on the day, which under our Refund Policy means no refund is due.
