How Meet & Greet works
The same routine at every terminal, seven days a week.

Book online in about two minutes
Pick your sailing dates, your ship and your terminal, then pay securely. Your confirmation email arrives straight away, and we send full arrival instructions with the driver's number on the morning you drop off. You can book up to 6pm the day before you sail.

Drive straight to your terminal
No detour and no off-site car park. Drive to the short-stay car park in front of whichever terminal your ship sails from. Look for our blue and white Cruise Azure flag and pull into one of our marked bays.

We check the car with you, then you walk to the ship
Our driver walks around the car with you and notes its condition on body cam. Hand over the keys, take your bags and walk to the ship. You are 20 yards away. The whole handover takes about two minutes.

Your car goes to our secure compound
Our driver takes your car to our CCTV compound, 1.5 miles from the port and about five minutes away. It is gated and locked overnight, and it stays there for the whole of your cruise.

Your car is back at the terminal for your return
No need to call or text us. Walk out to the short-stay car park at the time on your slot card and show it to our team. We bring your car to you, hand back the keys and do the same quick body-cam check as at drop-off.
How drop-off works on the day
Drive straight to the short-stay car park at your departure terminal. Look for our blue and white Cruise Azure flag and pull into one of the marked Cruise Azure bays.

Park in our bays
Pull into one of our Cruise Azure bays in the short-stay car park. Our team will spot you and come over as you step out and unload your luggage.

Body-cam check, your slot code
We walk around the car on body cam and note its condition on camera. Then we hand you a card with your collection slot code and pick-up time. The same code is saved on your Cruise Azure account dashboard, in case the card goes astray.

Walk to the ship
Pass us the keys, take your bags, and walk straight to the gangway. The whole handover takes about two minutes.
How collection works when you return
No need to call or text us. As your ship comes back into Southampton we send you a reminder with your slot number and the time your car is ready from. Walk out at the time on your slot card, show it to our team, and we bring your car to you.

As your ship comes in we send you a reminder with your slot number and the time your car is ready from. You do not need to message us first. If the ship docks late, we bring the car out later, at no charge.

Walk out and show your slot card
Clear the terminal, collect your luggage and walk out to the short-stay car park at the time on your slot card. Look for our team in blue with the Cruise Azure flag. Show your slot card (the code is also on your account dashboard and in the reminder we send), and we radio for your car from the compound. Most people wait around fifteen minutes, a little longer when several ships are in.

Quick body-cam check, then home
We hand the keys back and do a quick walk-around on body cam, the same as at drop-off, in case anything has changed. Then you are on your way.
Late ships, delays and damage
Cruises run late, roads jam and cars pick up marks. Here is what happens in each case.

Your ship is late back
Your car is ready whenever you walk off. We track the actual arrival time of every ship, so if yours docks late we simply bring the car out later. There is no charge for a late return.

You are delayed on the way out
Held up on the way to Southampton, or has your sailing time moved? Call us on 07767 227 739 and we will meet you when you arrive.

You think the car has been damaged
Every drop-off starts with a walk-around on body cam, and our driver notes the car's condition on camera. If something looks different when you collect the car, tell us before you drive away and we will look into it with the footage.

Yes, unless we are running a lower price for sailings from one terminal, which shows on our schedule. One booking covers drop-off and collection at any of the five Southampton terminals, even if they differ.
Yes. Luggage assistance, electric car charging, and a full valet can all be added during booking or by emailing after subject to availability.
About 1.5 miles by road, around five minutes from the terminal. You never need to go there: after the handover we drive your car to the compound, and we bring it back to the terminal for your return.
You unload right outside your terminal, 20 yards from the ship, before you hand us the keys, so there is no shuttle and nothing to carry any further. If you would like a hand, tell us in the booking notes and we will plan for it.
No. Our Meet & Greet service allows you to drop your vehicle directly at the cruise terminal. There is no need for a shuttle bus.
Text or call on the day. As long as I know, the driver will wait. I'd rather you tell me late than not at all.
Meet & Greet is the closest option. You drive straight to the terminal, hand us the keys 20 yards from the gangway, and walk to check-in. There is no closer practical option short of the cruise-line-bundled parking that lines like P&O and Cunard offer through their own partner, where availability is allocation-limited.
