Cruise valet parking at Southampton.
Drive to your cruise terminal. We meet you outside the gangway, take the keys, and park your car in our secure compound while you sail. The whole handover is under 2 minutes.
Drop the keys at the terminal. We do the rest.
Cruise valet parking lets you drive straight to your departure terminal at Southampton port, hand the keys to a uniformed driver, and walk to your ship. There is no off-site compound to find. There is no shuttle to wait for. Our valet team takes the car from the terminal itself, parks it in our CCTV compound for the whole cruise, and brings it back when you dock.
We sell the same service under the name Meet & Greet. Most cruise lines use that label, but most search engines have customers looking for "cruise valet parking" or "valet parking at Southampton cruise terminal". Either way, you are booking the same operation: same drivers, same compound, same insurance, same 20-yard walk to the gangway.
If you have used valet parking at an airport before, the cruise version is faster and tighter. The drop-off is at the cruise berth itself, not a forecourt. The same driver who collects the keys on the way out brings the car back on the way home. We hold £2m of public liability cover, body-cam every handover and log every key movement.
How it works
Five simple steps from booking to pick-up.
-
Step 1
01Book your valet slot online
Pick your sailing dates, your terminal and your ship. Pay securely. We hold the slot in the driver schedule and email you the arrival window plus the duty driver contact.
-
Step 2
02Drive to your departure terminal
Head straight to the short-stay car park at the cruise terminal your ship is leaving from. No off-site compound, no shuttle, no diversion. Look for the blue and white Cruise Azure flag.
-
Step 3
03Hand the keys to your valet
Our valet driver does a quick body-cammed walk-around with you and notes any existing marks. You are 20 yards from the gangway. The whole handover takes under 2 minutes.
-
Step 4
04We park your car in our secure compound
The car goes straight to our CCTV-monitored compound with gated access, overnight lockdown and full insurance. The same valet team that took your keys looks after it for the whole cruise.
-
Step 5
05Text us when you dock, drive home
Send us a quick text 30 minutes before disembarkation. By the time you have cleared the terminal building your car is back in the short-stay car park, ready to drive away.

Cruise valet parking questions
Yes. Cruise Azure Meet & Greet is our cruise valet service at Southampton. The two names cover the same operation: you drive to the terminal, our valet driver meets you outside the gangway, takes the keys and parks the car in our compound while you cruise. Most cruise lines call it Meet & Greet; most search engines call it valet parking. The service is identical either way.
Airport valet usually hands the car to a third-party compound 10 to 15 minutes away. Our cruise valet at Southampton is run end to end by our own drivers, our own compound and our own insurance. We meet you at the terminal itself, not at a forecourt, and the same driver who took the keys on departure brings the car back on return.
All five. We cover Mayflower, Ocean, Horizon, City and Queen Elizabeth II cruise terminals with the same valet drivers and the same drop-off process. The only thing that changes is which berth we head to. Pick the terminal your ship is leaving from on the booking form and we route the driver there.
Prices start in line with our standard Meet & Greet rates and depend on the length of your sailing. A 7-night cruise typically runs around £130 total, fully inclusive. There is no surcharge for the valet handover. Use the booking form to get an exact quote for your dates.
About 15 minutes before your cruise check-in window opens. That gives us time for the handover without rushing.
Text or call on the day. As long as I know, the driver will wait. I'd rather you tell me late than not at all.
