Drive to your departure terminal
Head straight to the short-stay car park at the cruise terminal your ship is leaving from. We collect the car at the terminal and drive it to our compound, so there is no shuttle and no waiting. Look for the blue and white Cruise Azure flag.

Hand the keys to your valet
Our valet driver does a quick body-cammed walk-around with you and notes any existing marks. You are 20 yards from the gangway. The whole handover takes under 2 minutes.

We park your car in our secure compound
The car goes straight to our CCTV-monitored compound with gated access, overnight lockdown and full insurance. The same valet team that took your keys looks after it for the whole cruise.

Your car is back at the terminal for your return
No need to call or text us. Walk out to the short-stay car park at the time on your slot card and show it to our team. We bring your car to you, hand back the keys and do the same quick body-cam check as at drop-off.

Cruise valet parking questions
Yes. Cruise Azure Meet & Greet is our cruise valet service at Southampton. The two names cover the same operation: you drive to the terminal, our valet driver meets you outside the gangway, takes the keys and parks the car in our compound while you cruise. Most cruise lines call it Meet & Greet; most search engines call it valet parking. The service is identical either way.
Airport valet usually hands the car to a third-party compound 10 to 15 minutes away. Our cruise valet at Southampton is run end to end by our own drivers, our own compound and our own insurance. We meet you at the terminal itself, not at a forecourt, and the same driver who took the keys on departure brings the car back on return.
All five. We cover Mayflower, Ocean, Horizon, City and Queen Elizabeth II cruise terminals with the same valet drivers and the same drop-off process. The only thing that changes is which berth we head to. Pick the terminal your ship is leaving from on the booking form and we route the driver there.
Valet parking is priced exactly as Meet & Greet, by the length of your sailing. A 7-night cruise is £135 and 14 nights is £170, with no booking fee and no surcharge for the valet handover. Book by 6pm the day before you drop off and you pay the price shown for your sailing. Use the booking form to get an exact quote for your dates.
At least 15 minutes before your cruise check-in window opens. That gives us time for the handover without rushing.
Yes, unless we are running a lower price for sailings from one terminal, which shows on our schedule. One booking covers drop-off and collection at any of the five Southampton terminals, even if they differ.
Yes. Luggage assistance, electric car charging, and a full valet can all be added during booking or by emailing after subject to availability.
About 1.5 miles by road, around five minutes from the terminal. You never need to go there: after the handover we drive your car to the compound, and we bring it back to the terminal for your return.
You unload right outside your terminal, 20 yards from the ship, before you hand us the keys, so there is no shuttle and nothing to carry any further. If you would like a hand, tell us in the booking notes and we will plan for it.
No. Our Meet & Greet service allows you to drop your vehicle directly at the cruise terminal. There is no need for a shuttle bus.
Text or call on the day. As long as I know, the driver will wait. I'd rather you tell me late than not at all.
Meet & Greet is the closest option. You drive straight to the terminal, hand us the keys 20 yards from the gangway, and walk to check-in. There is no closer practical option short of the cruise-line-bundled parking that lines like P&O and Cunard offer through their own partner, where availability is allocation-limited.
