Refund Policy
Cancellation Window
You can cancel your booking any time up to 5 days before your drop-off date. We cannot refund any monies after 14 days of your date of booking. We provide cancellations invoices via email but can only send them to the email address given on the initial booking confirmation.
Bookings cancelled within 5 days of the drop-off date are non-refundable.
Administrative Fee
A £25 administrative fee is deducted from all refunds, regardless of the booking value.
How to Cancel
Contact us with your booking reference and the reason for cancellation:
Processing Time
Refunds can only be sent back to your original payment method as soon as the cancellation is confirmed. Depending on your bank, the money typically appears within 5 to 10 working days. You will receive an email confirming the refund has been issued.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Bookings cancelled within 5 days of the drop-off date
- No-shows (failure to arrive at the booked time)
Bookings Made on Our Previous Website
If you booked before our current website launched, your payment was taken on our previous payment system. Refunds for those bookings are handled manually, so they can take a little longer. Contact us with your booking reference and we will sort it out.
If We Cancel
If we ever have to cancel your booking, for example because a sailing is cancelled, you receive a full refund with no fee deducted.
