Cruise Azure Parking is an independent cruise parking operator working out of Southampton. Our team meets you at the terminal, parks your car on our secure site, and brings it back when your ship returns. No airport shuttle buses, no remote lots, no faffing.
We look after thousands of cars a year, almost all of them booked by people on their annual holiday. That means we obsess over the parts of the day we can control: does someone meet you at the right door on time, are they in a Cruise Azure hi-vis so you can spot them, is your key taken and logged properly, and is your car exactly where we said it would be when you step off the ship.
I run this with a small team I know by name. Most of our drivers live within a few miles of the port and have been at the terminals long enough that the ship crews know them too. It is not a franchise and it is not a call-centre operation. If something goes wrong on your day of travel, the person you reach is the person who can fix it.

What We Care About

We meet you 20 yards from the ship
Every other promise is downstream of this one. When you pull up at the terminal drop-off, our driver is already there in a Cruise Azure hi-vis. You hand over the key, we take it from there. Same thing on your return: your car is waiting at the terminal, not a mile away in a satellite lot.

£2 million public liability cover, a gated and CCTV-monitored compound with overnight lockdown, and body cameras on the staff who work the terminals. Every vehicle gets a condition inspection on arrival and again on return.
