Meet & Greet Cruise Parking.
The short walk to the ship.
Drive to your departure terminal at the Port of Southampton. Our valet team takes the car from there. You're on the ship in minutes. We cover every Southampton cruise terminal, Mayflower, Horizon, City, Ocean and QEII, at one flat price. Sometimes searched as cruise valet parking, same operation.
How it works
Five simple steps from booking to pick-up.
-
Step 1
01Book online in under two minutes
Pick your departure and return dates, your terminal, and your ship. Pay securely. You get an email confirmation with the arrival window and driver contact details.
-
Step 2
02Drive straight to your terminal
No diversion, no off-site drop-off. Head to the short-stay car park at whichever terminal your ship's leaving from. Look for the blue and white Cruise Azure flag.
-
Step 3
03We check the car, you walk to the ship
Our driver does a quick walk-around with you, notes any existing marks, and takes the keys. You're 20 yards from the gangway and your holiday starts straight away.
-
Step 4
04Your car is parked securely
The car goes to our CCTV-monitored compound with gated access and overnight lockdown. Drivers wear body cameras and every handover is logged.
-
Step 5
05Return to your car, waiting
Text us thirty minutes before you dock. By the time you've cleared the terminal, your car is back in the short-stay car park with the same driver who took it.
How drop-off works on the day.
Drive straight to the short-stay car park at your departure terminal. Look for our blue and white Cruise Azure flag and pull into one of the marked Cruise Azure bays.
- 1
Park in our bays
Pull into one of our Cruise Azure bays in the short-stay car park. Our team will spot you and come over as you step out and unload your luggage.
- 2
Body-cam check, your slot code
We walk around the car on body cam, noting any existing marks. Then we hand you a card with your collection slot code and pick-up time. The same code is saved on your Cruise Azure account dashboard, in case the card goes astray.
- 3
Walk to the ship
Pass us the keys, take your bags, and walk straight to the gangway. The whole handover takes about two minutes.
How collection works when you return.
Your car is waiting at the port short-stay car park by 8am on the day you return. No need to call or text first. Show your collection slot code and you're on the road.
- 1
Ready by 8am, no call needed
We bring your car back to the short-stay car park ahead of time. It's parked and waiting by 8am on your return day, every day. You don't need to message us before you dock.
- 2
Walk back, show your code
Walk back through the terminal to the short-stay car park and look for our blue and white Cruise Azure flag. Show your collection slot code, from the card we gave you at drop-off or from your account dashboard.
- 3
Quick body-cam check, on the road
A quick body-cam walk-around to confirm the car's condition, keys back to you, and you're on your way home.

Meet & Greet questions
About 15 minutes before your cruise check-in window opens. That gives us time for the handover without rushing.
Text or call on the day. As long as I know, the driver will wait. I'd rather you tell me late than not at all.
Yes. One price covers drop-off and collection at any of the five Southampton terminals, even if they differ.
Yes. Luggage assistance, electric car charging, and a full valet can all be added during booking or by emailing after subject to availability.
No. Our Meet & Greet service allows you to drop your vehicle directly at the cruise terminal. There is no need for a shuttle bus.
Meet & Greet is the closest option. You drive straight to the terminal, hand us the keys 20 yards from the gangway, and walk to check-in. There is no closer practical option short of the cruise-line-bundled parking that lines like P&O and Cunard offer through their own partner, where availability is allocation-limited.
