Look for this flag in the car park
Our team carry this blue and white Cruise Azure flag. As you pull into the short-stay car park, scan for it. The person holding it will come straight to your car.
When you arrive
- Drive into Southampton via the M27, then take the A33 (Platform Road) into the Eastern Docks towards the docks. Follow the brown tourist signs for Dock Gate 4.
- At the gate, the security guard will ask which cruise terminal you are sailing from. Tell them Ocean Cruise Terminal.
- Pull into the short-stay car park directly in front of the terminal. Our team will spot the Cruise Azure blue flag on your dashboard and come straight to you.
- We check the car over on body cam, take your keys, and hand you a slot card with your slot number and your return time. Keep it safe. You will show it on the way back.
- Walk through the terminal, hand your luggage to the porters, and have a wonderful cruise. We will look after the car until you are back.
On return
- After clearing the terminal building and collecting your luggage, walk out to the short-stay car park at the time printed on your slot card.
- Look for a Cruise Azure team member in our blue uniform. Someone is always on the ground when ships are coming back in.
- Show your slot card. We will radio for your car from our nearby compound. The average wait is around fifteen minutes, depending on how many ships are turning around that day.
- We hand the keys back, do a quick walk-around on body cam in case anything has changed since drop-off, and you are on your way.
Lost your slot card?
No problem. Log in with the email on your booking at cruiseazureparking.com/login to look up your slot number and return time.
Good to know
- Bring your booking reference for drop-off, and your slot card for return.
- The handover is filmed on body cam so we both have a video record of the car.
- The whole drop-off usually takes around two minutes from the moment you pull in.
- We are open 07:00 to 16:30, seven days a week, including bank holidays.
- If you cannot see us when you pull in, call the driver on duty.
