Step 1
01Book online and pay securely
Pick your dates and terminal. Pay in under two minutes. You get a confirmation email with the compound postcode, arrival window, and driver contact number.

Step 2
02Drive to the compound
Three miles from the port. Postcode SO19 4DY, easy off the M27. No rush at the terminal, plenty of space, staff on hand the moment you pull in.

Hand over the keys, board the shuttle
Quick vehicle walk-around, keys logged, and straight into the shuttle to your terminal. It's a short ride, and we time it to your check-in window.

Step 4 04Your car stays locked down
CCTV-monitored compound with gated access and overnight lockdown. Same compound, same drivers, same insurance as Meet & Greet. Optional valet or charging while you cruise.

05Shuttle back, car waiting
Text when your ship docks. We pick you up from the terminal and have you back at your car within the half-hour. It's the same clean, quiet handover as on the way out.

Park & Ride questions
Three miles by road. The shuttle takes around ten minutes in normal traffic.
We schedule around your check-in, so there's no standing-around-waiting. You go when you need to go.
The shuttle has room for cases and we'll help load and unload. Flag it in the booking notes and we'll plan for it.
Yes. Email or call at least 24 hours before your cruise and we can switch you across subject to availability.
