Aim to be at City Cruise Terminal by about 17:00 on the day. With Meet & Greet, we are waiting in the short-stay car park, so two minutes covers the handover. With Park & Ride, build in 30 minutes for the shuttle from our compound.

We meet you in the short-stay car park right in front of the City Cruise Terminal gangway. Drive in through Dock Gate 10, look for our team, hand over the keys, and walk the 20 yards to check-in. The car spends your cruise in our private CCTV-monitored compound, fully insured.

Yes. Park & Ride for this Borealis sailing means dropping your car at our secure compound three miles from the port, then catching our shuttle in. The shuttle drops you right by the City Cruise Terminal entrance. Same car, same compound, same insurance, lower price than Meet & Greet.

Delays are part of cruising. Your car is ready whenever you walk off. For Meet & Greet, the team brings the car back to the short-stay car park as soon as the ship docks. For Park & Ride, the shuttle runs from our compound on the return day. We monitor each sailing's actual return time, so you do not need to call or text us first.

Yes. Your car is parked in our private compound with CCTV, perimeter fencing and overnight lockdown. Every handover is recorded on body-cam, both at drop-off and on the return.
