Horizon Cruise Terminal sits on the Western Docks at Berth 102. Postcode SO15 1AW drops you at Dock Gate 10. Nearest station is Southampton Central, approximately 1 mile (20-minute walk).
For MSC Virtuosa, MSC Cruises will give you a check-in window on your booking confirmation, usually 2 to 3 hours before departure. Aim to arrive at Horizon Cruise Terminal about 30 minutes before that window opens. With Meet & Greet, we are waiting in the short-stay car park, so two minutes covers the handover.
We meet you in the short-stay car park right in front of the Horizon Cruise Terminal gangway. Drive in through Dock Gate 10, look for our team, hand over the keys, and walk the 20 yards to check-in. The car spends your cruise in our private CCTV-monitored compound. £2 million public liability insurance is included with every booking.
